There are 2 ways to search
for products on our site. The quickest way is to simply type some
or all of the name of what you are looking for into the "I'm looking
for" input box near the top righthand section of the page. For a
comprehensive search, select "search" from the top menu bar, then
select your criteria and away you go.

Payment Options
For non-account customers, payments
are processed through the secure Westpac Payment Gateway. Once payment has been completed, you will be directed back to our site to view your finished order or continue browsing.

Shipping
Goods will be shipped as
soon as possible after receipt of your order. Please note that due
to the extensive range of products available (over 9,000 books and over
1,000 stationery items) we do not always have stock in had for what you
may order. We will order stock in from publishers/suppliers as
soon as possible following receipt of your order and will then ship to
your as soon as we receive stock. You will be informed through our
tracking system of the likely despatch date for your order, and if there
are any delays due to reprinting of books or suppliers being out of
stock, we will let you know.
For BOOKPACK orders, please
allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Refunds
Please make your selections carefully, as we do not give
refunds if you simply change your mind.
For any goods received which are faulty, damaged or
supplied in error, please email us at
sales@baysideschoolsupplies.com.au and we will arrange for return and
replacement of the items concerned.

Orders once placed, are firm orders and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.

orders on our site. A 'cookie' is a small file which contains a piece

online shopping sites to send such a 'cookie', and its purpose is to
tell us that a previous visitor to www.baysideschoolsupplies.com.au has returned.
How we use the information
We may use your information to enable us to fulfil any online orders
you may place, to send you our newsletter by mail or to keep you up to
date with new titles and special offers and events by email. Please
note that registered Bayside School Supplies customers can remove themselves from the
distribution list by simply typing "remove me" in the subject line of
a reply email.

about you on this website to any other part except in the case of our
carriers to whom we supply your name and address details, as well as
any particular delivery instructions you have given us.
We do not sell or rent any customer lists.

From our website we use a payment
gateway provided by Westpac Bank, which uses 128 bit SSL encryption
to collect and process your credit card payment.
As your credit card is
only used in the Westpac payment gateway, your card details are not
collected or stored on our website. If you're uncomfortable
using your credit card online, we also accept payment by credit card
over the telephone, money
order, cheque (drawn on Australian banks only), and Bayside School
Supplies gift
